What is birth certificate?
Birth certificate is an important identity documents issued by concerned Union Council or Village council by facility of NADRA, birth certificate contain of personal information like Parents names, dates of birth, address, birth place etc. Shortly we can say that "birth certificate is legal documents either for new born child's or person to give them identity.
Requirements to obtain birth certificate
2.Parents CNIC Photo copy
3.Hospital birth documents if born in hospital
4.Polio vaccination or immunization card(optional if S.No 3 is available)
5.affidavit if child's have no documents mention in S.No 3 & 4
6.If child's is admitted in School then school birth is required form head of school and colleges(if this option is available then there will be no need of documents mention in S.no 3,4,5)
7.Attestation of All attached documents

Where you can apply for Birth Certificate?
After you completed all the required documents the go to the nearest Union Council or Village council then official(Secretary Union Council or Village Council) will checked all the documents if the documents is authentic and verified then they will submit your birth application form and processed them with given time line.
